Shipping:

Ground - Shipping selected during checkout by the customer will be honored. Typical shipping transit times are 2-5 business days depending on location. Cost is calculated during checkout.

Free Shipping - Shipping on orders over 100$ quality for free shipping. When free shipping is applied to an order healthypureonline will select the shipping method at their discretion. Typical shipping transit times are 3-6 business days depending on location. Free shipping must be selected during checkout.

International Shipping - Shipping selected during checkout by the customer will be honored when possible. Typical shipping transit times are 7-12 business days depending on location. Cost is calculated during checkout.

Fulfillment - Typical time frames for fulfillment are 3-5 Business days for orders without signs and 5-7 Business days for order with in house printed signs - while most of the time orders are fulfilled between 3-5 Business days - periods of high order volume, holidays, or weekends, may increase the fulfillment time to 5-7 business days. A quicker shipping time estimate DOES NOT indicate a quicker fulfillment time. Also please note that a Business day for us is Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. 

 Our Shipping Process:

We package and ship your order as soon as possible. We start working on your order immediately, so we are unable to make any changes or modifications to an order after it has been placed.

Orders are subject to verification and approval before shipping and may take several days to process. We only ship packages during the business week and do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, Decoexchange.com cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.

You will be charged when your order is placed along with applicable shipping and tax rates. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email.
